We’ve compiled a list of answers to common questions.
- What is included in the suite fees?
High-speed internet, local telephone calls, cable TV, ins-suite laundry, fitness club, meeting room, parking and bi-weekly cleaning.
- What is the maximum stay?
There is no maximum stay. Many of our guests stay several months.
- What is the minimum stay?
Our minimum stay is 3 days.
- Why would I stay with York Executive Properties instead of a hotel?
We provide a large living space at an affordable price, complete with a fully-equipped modern kitchen, in-suite laundry facilities and free amenities such as parking, high-speed internet and cable television.
- Is there a housekeeping service?
Yes, York Executive Properties offers bi-weekly housekeeping services for stays of 30 days or longer, or more often if requested.
- What are the suites equipped with?
All of our suites come fully equipped with stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. The kitchen is complete with dishware, cutlery and cooking accessories. Bedrooms and bathrooms are supplied with linens and towels. A telephone, TV, DVD/CD/Stereo player complete the living room. All suites have in-suite laundry and iron/ironing board.
- How do I reserve a suite?
Call us at 306-229-9098 (U.S. and Canada) or request a reservation by filling out the form above.
- Do you have access to fitness facilities?
Yes, we do. Your reservation includes access to our work-out centre.
- Can I bring my pet?
We are sorry, but to keep our suites allergen-free, we do not allow pets.
- How do I pay for my reservation?
We accept major credit cards and cheques. Corporations may establish accounts for direct billing.
- I need to drive while I’m in Saskatoon. Is there parking?
Yes, we are pleased to offer free surface parking or underground parking for a small additional charge.
